Unfortunately, home delivery into Western Australia is not free. Depending on your postcode, we can still deliver to your front door, but the costs for this are calculated either on the shed product page or at checkout.

If your shed is less than 10 square meters, it does not need a building license in Western Australia.

Other conditions apply for your shed too -

It must be set back behind the front setback line.

It cannot interfere with vehicle sight lines.

You may place the shed along the side, or back, property lines if it complies with the Building Code of Australia fire safety codes.

It must be structurally sound and not able to be picked up by the wind.

All stormwater must be drained and maintained correctly.

No more than 2.4 meters above the ground level it is on.

Floor, or deck, no more than 500mm above the ground.

Not located in a conservation area.
